Duties:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits and functionality
- Utilize technical knowledge to address customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using POS systems for processing sales transactions
- Ability to handle stock inventory and maintain organized displays
- Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette for customer inquiries and follow-ups
